    Hey there @Rachel8 and a very warm welcome to the community. 😊

    We have a most excellent CP network, with lots of people who'll totally understand your situation. We also have the coffee lounge if you just want to chat and maybe make some new friends. 😊

    Hi @Rachel8

    A warm welcome to the community.

    Have you tried looking on your local offer for your area? That should have any groups available that either you or your daughter could attend. These could be support groups or social groups.

    If you have not already looked, just type your local council name into a search engine, followed by the words local offer, e.g. Leeds Local Offer. You can then search for information or groups.

    I hope that this helps,

    @Doris_Scope

    Hi Rachel

    Welcome to the community. I have right sided hemiplegia and completely understand yours and your daughters needs to connect with others in a similar situation.

    As well as Doris and Albus suggestions, there is a great group on Facebook Cerebral Palsy UK where families link up and share information and stories.

    Please reach out to @Richard_Scope if you want a general chat or more information on CP support.

    Hi @Rachel8

    Thanks for your post and it is great to meet you. The CP Network is currently for adults living with CP or parents, family members or partners of adults with CP.

    For a young person your daughter's age, I highly recommend contacting our friends at CP Teens. They have some great resources for younger people and teenagers. they also have meet up events
