hello I’m about to start my review form, if nothing has changed is it ok to put nothing has changed on the form for the question that nothings changed on? I see there isn’t much space to write on it.I’m worried I don’t write enough. I really struggle walking after my fall , I’m awaiting mri hip, I already have arthritis in the hip and I stated in my original claim I was worried about falling as my hip nips and feels like it’s going to give way, now it has given way, obviously this impacts my daily living massively but not talking eating or drinking so Can I put nothings changed on the eating drinking and speaking sections

kind regards

Hi @Aaaaa17. Citizens Advice advise you to write that things are still the same but you should still describe how you're finding each task or activity.

It is not advised to just write no changes and nothing else along with it. Even if there’s been no changes you should treat all claims as if it’s a new claim.

Yes there’s not much room on the form to write so you can use extra sheets of paper.

Please make sure you include your name and NI number on everything you send.

Make sure you give as much relevant information as possible. You should also include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.

You can ring PIP to ask for extra time to return the form and they will extend it by 2 weeks.

There are very long delays with the majority of reviews and you could be waiting anything up to a year for a decision.

Your current award will continue until that decision is made.
