Now a days mind attractive alot of different things, Very hard to stay mind & body focus on one direction.

Anyone can share any tips?

    I agree that it's hard to focus with everything going on right now. Have you tried guided meditation or any mindfulness techniques?

    I haven't personally used this website but here are some Guided Meditation videos. There's lots on YouTube that may be useful too.
