If any part of her ESA is Income Related then this will stop when you move in with her. She will need to report the changes to ESA.
If any part of her ESA is contributions based, this will continue as normal because it's not affected by a working partner.
You should both use a benefits calculator to check entitlement to Universal Credit. As it's a means tested benefit entitlement will be based on your joint circumstances. If you have capital/savings of more than £16,000 you're both excluded from claiming.
Her PIP will not be affected.

Hey @tegsys48, welcome to the Scope community 😊 As Poppy says her PIP will not be affected at all, though her ESA might depending on what she receives. Do you know how much of her ESA is incomed-related/contributions based?
A benefits calculator, as Poppy also mentions, is often a good place to start. Turn2Us has a commonly used benefits calculator: Turn2us Benefits Calculator
