Hi can someone please help. I'm new to here so I'm unsure of how it works. I'm currently in receipt of pip and work 20 hours however I've recently been sent our a uc50 form purely because my earnings dropped by 10 I'm wondering whether this uc50 form will have a effect on my pip ive been so worried I'm unable to eat or sleep.any advice would be much appreciated.

As you're claiming PIP you didn't need to drop your hours to be referred for a work capability assessment.
PIP is a completely different benefit and will not be affected by any outcome of the work capability assessment.
Once a decision is made on that if found to have LCWRA you will be entitled to extra money from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note. You must continue to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision is made.
You can see the descriptors here for LCWRA.

HI poppy thank you so much for getting back to me when I applied for pip i Was working I've tried to stay working for normality. I'm just wondering whether I could be placed in the lcw group if im saying I can not work over 20 hours due to mental health? Is there any possibility that this could trigger a early pip review? I'm terrified that DWP will say im fit for work owing to the fact that I'm currently employed and yry andforce me into full time employment .

The outcome of the work capability assessment could be either fit for work, LCW or LCWRA. Once the decision is made if you think it's not correct you can challenge it.
You were working when you first claimed PIP and many people work and claim it also. The only time there maybe issues is if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you're claiming PIP. This wasn't the case when you were awarded it. They can review you at anytime but it's rare they do that randomly. At the moment reviews usually start around 8 months before your PIP is due to end.

Thank you again for replying poppy as recieving the uc50 has really heightened my anxiety. I'll be sending the form back this week and have asked for a telephone assessment or even a paper based assessment do they normally take this into consideration or is a face to face more likely please?

Most assessments are by telephone. Some are still face to face, if they do send you an appointment for that one you can change it to telephone.
Paper based assessments are rare but possible if there's enough of information to write the report.
