Does this mean I will get the 419 extra or not it's so confusing T I A

If the decision letter says LCW, that is the most likely decision and your agent has gotten confused.
The work allowance of £404 is for those with LCW or LCWRA.

On my to do in my journal updated 25th Sept no need to look for work or any work related activities in my commitments. Sorry it's just all so confusing tbh not good for people with anxiety or stress. Related illnesses I say

The money that was owed to you would be from the work allowance if you didn’t have that before the decision was made on your work capability assessment.
The UCD82 is the work capability assessment decision letter. If it says limited capability for work (LCW) on that letter then there’s no extra money for that each month.
If you disagree you can challenge it by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration.

Hey @Will72, this does sound a little confusing! So the letter says you were awarded LCW not LCWRA. However the agent said you have received LCWRA and your work commitments are "no need to look for work or any work related activities"?
If you were in LCW then the work commitments should be "Work Preparation" as far as I am aware. It sounds like you may want to get this cleared up. I would leave a note in your journal to make sure you are definitely being placed in the right group.

If this is a recent award and your commitments were turned off before the decision is made then they may not have changed them yet. You may need to attend an appointment at your local job centre to talk to your work coach about your commitments and then agree to them.
There may also be other reasons why you don't have commitments, such as a child under 1 or you're claiming carers element and even living with a partner that earns more than the AET.
