    Hi @kizzame2

    Welcome to the community.

Here is information on accessing your PIP report.

If you have lost your Personal Independence Payment (PIP) decision letter, you can request a new one from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) by calling 0800 121 4433. The textphone number is 0800 121 4493. You can also request a copy of your PIP assessment report, which is available a week after your assessment. This report is more than 20 pages long and contains details of your conditions, how they affect you, and the assessor's reasoning. You can use the PIP points system to add up the points you've been given, which will likely be the PIP award you receive. You can also request your personal information from the DWP, which is known as the "right of access".
