Bad start to day turned out good 👍
So posted earlier about UC totally messing up my joint to single claim saying I would only get £200 a month but all sorted so great but now just had a call from housing needs saying I will be moved to band A for medical needs housing back dated to when I was put into hotel so previous bids will reflect that. My case manager said we are nearly there with everything so feeling blessed after a scary fright this morning.

Hi, that is so good to hear and positive. I woke up to a fright on Friday morning after seeing my statement. I have moved recently and have limited capability to work and work related activity. My housing element wasn't on my statement on Friday morning and instead of receving any help towards my rent that I received £24. I suffer from mental health issues and this has put me back quite a bit. Why does it have to be so stressful and take so long. After calling UC and sending 3 messages on my portal I finally got an answer that my Housing Element is undergoing verification then it said late yesterday that it's verified but my statement still hasn't changed or increased. It's been such a hard time. I'm so worried .

Oh that's awful it can be so distressing when you absolutely relyon this help. I really hope they get this resolved ASAP. Mental health can really really suffer when these things go wrong for you.
