PIP UPDATE

So I am due my MR decision tomorrow in relation to back dated pay. I was on enhanced for Daily living and nothing for mobility. but after my Award review / medical evidence and other stuff which I won’t go into they awarded me enhanced for mobility which I was made up! but they didn’t back date me from the date my AR1 form went in. changes of circumstances was made clearly on there - also a decision maker I spoke to today said you should get it all back - as there clearly was a change of circumstances as you can go from being awarded nothing for mobility then go straight up to enhanced for it without a big change!! so they said I will have a decision made tomorrow before 12am so I’m kinda nervous! I will keep you all updated!

    @Nightcity hopefully it will go in my favour. can’t see why not. If it doesn’t I will take it all the way to Tribunal.
