hi everyone - I hope someone can help me here. The water temperature on my machine is too high. Is there anyway of reducing this?

thanks sorry I should have said it is a closomat self cleaning toilet and the water is too hot!!

A warm welcome to the community.

All I can find on this is that you either use the remote control or the control panel on the unit itself to adjust the heating. This is dependent on your model.

To be honest, I would contact Closomat themselves to ask them. Or you could contact the people who installed it. I am sure they will be able to help you.
