He needs 8 points to get standard Daily Living, and 8 points for standard mobility.
Activity 9: 4 points
Activity 8: 0 points
Activity 7: 0 points
Activity 10: 2 points
Daily Living total: 6 points.
Activity 11: 10 points
Activity 12: 0 points
Mobility total: 10 points.
The DWP Decision maker will usually go with the recommendation, but not always.

Yes, with the extra images that looks like 12 for daily living and 10 for mobility.
So Enhanced Daily and Standard Mobility as you said. 🙂

Is that about what you were expecting @ella1992? If so I hope the decision maker follows the report. If not, you can still go for a Mandatory Reconsideration if you think he should have scored more for mobility or if the decision maker for a rare reason decides something else.

Hi yes that is what my partner was hoping for as he's been just getting standard daily living for 2 years this is reivew I believe he will be owed money as he sent the fourm back last September 2023

Can somebody explain what this means thank u

They don't always owe the difference between the current award and any potential new award.
Usually when it's a review started by DWP the extra money is paid from the date the decision was made. As decisions on reviews are taking a considerable length of time a decision maker will use their own discretion on whether to award from an earlier date. Some do and others don't. You will just need to wait and see.
Those screenshots means he's had the difficulties for at least 3 months and expects them to last at least a further 9 months. The last screenshot means there's a vulnerable marker put on this file due to his health conditions and extra support maybe needed for future reviews.

It's such a long waiting time I think we will stop worrying wen we now what it what

The waits are very long and they certainly dont help the anxiety. I always try to push it to the back of my mind, we cant speed things up, so it's better to try and think about other things.

My partner phoned them they said on phone it's at the last stage not sure what that means
0 -
Yes the last stage is once the report is returned. It will be with a pile of others waiting for a decision to be made.
