I'm almost 70 and am the dwp appointee for my grandaughter who is 19 and has autism and a learning difficulty

My grandaughter is on u/c paid on 1st & 17th of the month. 1st fit note (2 months) was supplied 13th July. 2nd fit note ( indefinate) was supplied 26th sept due to no appointments available! Assessed for lcwra on 13th Sept letter on journal 5th Oct to say awarded but no other details. I understand there's a waiting period but would like to know when payment is due before I tell grandaughter she was successful ( due to nature of her autism) any info please

Was the September fit note backdated to the end of the 13th July fit note, or was there a gap between them?

Unfortunately there was a gap from 16th Sept to 24th Sept but agent on u/c advised not a problem as had until 5th Oct to supply fit note
