Hi my partner and myself is on universal credit myself sick element based LWRCA.What I wish to know is can he claim benefit as he has no funds currently looking for work as we cannot afford to support him

The only benefit possible for him to claim is Universal Credit. However, did he have a student maintenance loan? If so then he will need to declare that because it will affect his UC entitlement.
