I read that as well yesterday, but haven't seen it on the main news yet so I'm hoping it's not true.

I've noticed lately that almost every time I log into MSN news they have a story about PIP or ESA or UC, and it's always bad news for people about future cutbacks.

I suppose this will go on untill the government tell us what's going to happen and what their plans are.

It's not fair on people really, especially those who worry a lot

Apparently it's being pushed back until next year. @Nightcity is right. Hopefully this means Labour have realised that it's not right to take money from vulnerable people, following the WFP scandal.

Hi @stephen6405 and welcome to the community 😊

Do you remember where you read that? There's so much misinformation out there at the moment it's hard to know what's true and what's not. Please try not to panic too much about it, a lot of 'news' is just scaremongering. I hope we get some real answers soon from the government as it's not fair on us at all.

Hi and welcome to the community.

We are all very anxious about what Labour's plans are regarding welfare reform but until they make an official announcement it is all just heresy.

hi Rachel I read it on i news and in a Birmingham paper there said it came from a government source usually I would not take to much notice with one paper but when two are saying the same thing could be genuine I hope not I want to know

Yup things like that often appear on my phone when searching the net. Just ignore them because it's the usual click bait nonsense.

Hi @stephen6405, thanks for that. We're aware that sites that have 'Live' in the name tend to be clickbait and can't be trusted. A lot of these sites are owned by the same company which is why they all have similar stories. It's so hard to decipher what's true and what isn't and they love to play on our fears.

Just to confirm that there is a lot of clickbait and the headlines for many of the articles are very misleading.
