Hi to all , I wish you all well.

I am a 69 year old lady who suffers with fibromyalgia,osteoporosis,copd , I am currently trying to apply for attendance allowance.

Does anyone have any advise as to what to put down on the form please , any advice would be appreciated.

I haven't actually seen an attendance allowance application form so I can't answer that.

you can apply online now go to gov.uk
