Hi, my name is amh! Will I have to apply again after going over savings limits?
Afternooon stoped my uc due to going over saving untill i pay all back then will be able to rceive payments again when paid all back money will i have to start a new claim all over again am on lcwra sdvice would be helpfull.

Hi,
It does seem that you'll have to go through another WCA in order to reclaim LCWRA after UC is lost due to savings going above £16k.
You don't have to spend all the money. Once your savings drop below £16,000 again, then you can reclaim at any point after that.
You can deduct the cost of living payments if you received those during the pandemic years.
And if you got backpay from PIP or anything then that gets disregarded for 12 months from the date that it was paid.
