in Universal Credit (UC)

Hi I have recently given up work to health reasons I currently claim UC and I get pip but was told to apply for lcwra apparentlyy do got lost in the post so my deadline was missed when I contacted them I was told to print one from the internet and get it back asap which I did but I wanted to send a sort of daily diary along with it but forgot to put in the envelope can I send it separately?

    Yes you can send extra evidence. Make sure you know what address to send it to and put your name and NI number on everything.

    Awesome thank you I think where the first one was lost in the post and I missed the deadline I panicked and filled it in quick to send it and forgot bits
