LCWRA report
I was awarded LCWRA back in august and requested a copy of the assessment because it was awarded via a paper only assessment. I finally got a copy of the report this week and basically it’s 2 paragraphs saying I can’t mobilise due to arthritis & fibromyalgia hence the award. There’s nothing about any other health issues ( being double incontinent & other health conditions). I thought there would have been some sort of scoring system for each section of the WCA? I was hoping I could have gained some insight to how they scored me to help with my pip claim once I start that next.
Is this correct? Thanks for any help.

You need 15 points for one specific descriptor to be awarded LCWRA.
Therefore, it's usual for the assessor to focus on one area and once those points have been awarded, not go any further.
Your report is correct.
From what you've written I believe you qualified via
Activity 1: Mobilising unaided by another person with or without a walking stick, manual wheelchair or other aid if such aid is normally or could reasonably be worn or used.
(a) Cannot, unaided by another person, either:
(i) mobilise more than 50 metres on level ground without stopping in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion;
or
(ii) repeatedly mobilise 50 metres within a reasonable timescale because of significant discomfort or exhaustion.
Score 15
PIP goes further with mobility criteria, with a descriptor containing under 1m, and one for 1-20m.
I also qualify for UC LCWRA through the 50m distance, and was awarded enhanced mobility for PIP through the 1- 20m distance.

The health assessor's role is not to score you - that will be decided by a Decision Maker at the DWP. The assessor's role is to make a recommendation as to the likely impact your ill health / disability will have on your ability to return to work - be it in the short, medium or long term as based on clinical findings - in your case paper based evidence.
They should highlight the probable magnitude of your functional limitation/s as set against the WCA activities and descriptors. In your case Activity 1 - an inability to mobilise reliably and safely ( I am guessing you cannot self mobilise either )
Best wishes
