Won DWP appeal

Hi there, can anyone help please. Went to tribunal re error in paying state pension, won appeal in May this year. DWP have said they have requested a statement of reason to decide if they are going to appeal, have chased up but they wrote back and said still awaiting statement of reason. They wont chase it, so where does that leave me? Letter we received from them was quite abrupt, surely, they must have timescales to adhere to, or is that a silly comment!!!
