Pip assesors tell lies

Lies lies lies .. a year since my assesment and no matter what proof I have sent in to show the lies my assesor told they are still going off what she said how is that right.. mrn was off what she said although I complained a year later and it's clear I need the hwlp but they are still going off what a lying assesor said!!

    It's not unusual for the MR decision not to change because only 26% of them do. It's mostly a copy and paste from the original decision.

    You can now proceed to Tribunal where either appearing in person or telephone/video hearing gives about a 70% success rate.

    For the Tribunal request you have 13 months from the date of the MR decision. If you're outside of the 1 month timeframe you must give a reason why you didn't request it within the first month. It's unlikely the HMCTS will refuse a late appeal.
