Going on holiday on pip

my partner is on pip his friend has bought him a holiday for them to both go on for 4 days. He’s just had major surgery and not left the house for 3 months. Will his pip and lcwra on uc be effected if he does go abroad

    PIP & UC won't be affected by such a short holiday.

    I'd be a bit worried about something like this being too much to cope with if he hasn't left the house for 3 months though.
