Where can I get a new mattress? I'm in desperate need

hi everyone.hope you have all had a good day.I would like to ask a question.I have sciatica,and gout.I suffer with a lot of pain.my partisans I are both on esa and pip.is there anywhere I can get a new mattress for free? Iam in desperate need for my back.the one I have is really bad.many thanks.
