    When you handed information in how long did they take to call you

    I am on the old system and for me the LHA rate didn't apply. I have a rent officer who decides what my room is worth.

    They took two weeks to decide they weren't going to pay anymore than they were, despite my rent increasing.

    I had given them every they asked for with clarification.

    They didn't query any expenses. It showed lots of PayPal transactions as I can't get to places to shop. plus ebay sales (thousands of people do that)

    Shopping online is the new normal.

    I'm glad it's sorted silly to say everyday I hope to win postcode lottery being on this system soul doesn't rest what can you do just keep trying
