Hey @Catherine21, I understand it can be quite scary just now, with so many unknowns. Just remember that you're not alone here, plenty of us are also having to see those headlines that they make scary on purpose and having to control our concerns.

I've got to the stage where just have to accept what's coming ie universal credit my spending bad buy all manner of things they for sure will question and half of it I won't remember it's all on my statements my daughter gave me my daily call and I was talking about my fears and she said on psychology it's called the spotlight which makes perfect sense feeling like the spotlight being shone directly on me but it's million of us and I'm sure loads of peoples with certain conditions can't comtrol impulses taking day by day sick of living in constant fear I looking at it as morbid as it is who knows tomorrow I could go out and never come home no one knows and also the whole of uk is under pressure which is not good for labour

MODERATOR NOTE: Please remember that while herbal remedies can be helpful, it's essential to consult with a medical professional before trying them (or giving them to your pet). What works for one person (or dog!) may not be suitable for another.

1 Grateful that I can eat a bit more .
2 Grateful I am not quite so thin after 3 ops last year, and the consultant has stopped moaning at me to eat more.
3 Grateful for the kind and caring people on the forum who help each other.

Good morning
I've edited a couple of comments in this discussion to add a moderator note. Herbal remedies do still come under medical advice and may not be suitable for all. I can see the discussion mostly focused on what worked for yourself or your pets, but please remember not to promote or recommend what other people should be taking.

Getting the conversation back on track: I'm feeling grateful for fingerles gloves! My hands are so cold today, but I can't type with regular gloves on, so these are a good compromise.
