Can you use an award of PIP descriptor 12c as evidence for descriptor 1a of WCA.

No, not really because the mobilising descriptor for LCWRA includes using a self propelled wheelchair.
The moving around part of PIP descriptor C doesn’t include that because it says “can stand and move”

I wonder why people are saying LCWRA is easier than PIP. But what if the claimant is unable to sit on the wheelchair for longer than 5 mins due sciatica/back issues
