Youtube Help Video Triggerd A Bad Rethink To Current Situation

My PIP Assessment drawn near and I was getting upto speed. A woman on YT , calling herself Charlie, claims she's very good helping PIP Assessments and had done a vid for Mental Health. She regularly spent time saying anyone having limited contact with you could be a 'prompter'. As if it's needed.
This video made me flashback to a previous PIP where I was deducted points "because I do eventually eat". Now I'm wondering if that decision maker was talking more about the prompting and not the eating?
You see for the first time ever with PIP I live a reclusive life and have no such contact. In other words I still do 'whatever' but without another person getting involved across the board. In this case this huge difference will make my PIP will fall through the floor because nobody prompts. Is it needed? I do eventually eat, wash, dress, go out etc but no way to any normal standard. But points were taken away from me, and maybe it was based on prompting rather than action. How do I deal with this now I'm alone? I've only just thought of this so maybe I'm upside down in my head with it.
Also my Appointment seems to be a video thing (it states and area in good light). If my laptop's camera isn't working (I don't know, never used it) , for a mental health disability, what would happen next? Face to face or telephone? And can I send files (video and pictures) on my laptop to the Assessor if the video thing is on?

Hi @NoOne - this has come up before where someone lives on their own, as I do. PIP is about the help you need whether or not you get that help. That makes sense as there are plenty of people that claim PIP that live alone.
I can't comment about this person on YouTube but I 'think' we've had others not thinking much of her.
Some better places to look are below. The first is about claiming PIP but is still relevant as to what is looked into with PIP, & may be asked about in your assessment. The 2nd is a longer read, but explains what the assessors have to be guided by:
Please let us know if you think of any other questions, You can ask just for a phone assessment, as it sounds like that would be easier.

Thank you. While you have mentioned links the PIP FAQ Page (From Forum Sticky) is "Page not found". A new Thread for questions I guess otherwise things will turn into a long thread. I'm familiar with most of the things you linked. Been in the system almost 20 years. Currently having problems understanding things and getting confused.
Do you know if I can send pics and videos over the internet during this assessment? I think if they see how I live they will understand better my depression/mood. Unfortunately I've just had 3 weeks to tidy up a key area due to having to have workmen in. So if the video assessor wants to 'look around' they won't see my normal situation. If I can show them the place when I got the letter for access, they will hopefully get a grip of my situation. Or should I send them to DWP, or both? Will they even insert a SD card from me into their PC's? SD card needed for video. Otherwise it's a slow process of trying to "print from a video" to send paper copies.

You will not be able to send anything to the assessor during the video assessment. Pictures and videos are not the best evidence to send because videos can't be viewed and pictures won't upload properly onto the system.
If you prefer a telephone assessment you can change it to this. Most people have telephone assessments anyway.

Is the video picture advise just for the video assessment or overall in the PIP Process? I'd really like them to see proof of how my schizo/depression/mood affects me. It has an impact certailny on one part of the PIP Form, mayebe more. I bought a printer this year. So I could print pictures from a video if I can't find straight pictures.

It includes pictures because they are not the best evidence to send. The pictures could be of anything (I'm not saying they will be) but pictures itself doesn't really prove anything.
