Heya @DonnieD and welcome to the community from me too!
As BB has said, there's others with FND on the community who may be able to offer some top tips. So I'll just rename your discussion so more people in the know will be able to find it. Hope that's ok? 😊1 -
as a newbie to the group, happy to take direction to better things, thank you!

hi I'm on a discord group for people who are neurodivergent so if you have any questions please throw them at me and I can see if I can find out for you.

Dear durhamjaide2001, thank you. I’m just wondering how people deal with memory loss and increasingly making odd, irrational decisions all influenced by fnd of course. I’m also told there’s government help for fnd but unsure how to tell my employer I have it, work as a teacher . Thanks

Heya @DonnieD my neurodivergence means I'm very good at forgetting things, plus I'm terrible with self control with decision making, which has got me in a few awkward positions in the past. Regarding your work, you can ask your employer for reasonable adjustments to help you in the workplace, there's also Access to Work which could help?
I'm trying to add links for you, but it would appear Google is broken for me currently, I do apologise!1 -
Hello! Thank you and I get entirely about the bad decisions. For me it’s saying no when asked to assist people, often at my own cost….
