I'm still on legacy benefits and recieved letter saying randomly choosen To send tenancy rent statements bills I have done all this I'm worried hearing people housing elements stopped what is actually happening with everything anyone else had this understand when going on uc but I'm still on legacy all this worry all the time

You've chosen to receive statements about the rent you've paid? is that correct?

Your housing benefit will not stop, it will continue as normal. Housing element is part of UC and you're not claiming that yet.

No sorry my writing bad I found out its benefit review through council never had before they asked Tenency bills bank statements rent payments I put all in Thursday but my anxiety saying thier check my spending which is bad but always pay rent bills

No problem. It's normal for them to ask for statements for a review like this. What you spend your money on is entirely your decision, not their's. Please try not to worry, I'm sure everything will be fine.
