I was in the support group of eas now on uc what do I have to do as I can't work .so what are they going to ask me to do and will I have to see them all time

If you moved across to UC from ESA then you'll be entitled to the LCWRA element of UC from the start of your claim. If the UC claim was recent then they will not know yet that you were in the Support Group because ESA need to send your information to them.
Put a message onto your journal to tell them you were in the Support Group. You do not need to provide a fit note. Once your claim is updated your commitments will change and you will not have to attend appointments or look for work. It will be the same as it was for ESA.
