Change of circumstances - no job - what happens now?

I moved from WTC to UC last November and was then awarded LCWRA in august. I had been managing to do some very limited work since May but now my employer has told me he can’t keep me on because I can’t do anywhere near the hours he requires. To be fair he has been more than understanding for the last 6 months and we were waiting to see if my health would improve with treatment but unfortunately it’s just got worse. After a chat last week I can’t continued and will no longer be employed. I will have any outstanding money paid and a P45 will be generated. This hasn’t come out of the blue so it isn’t a shock or anything but obviously I’m worried about the future and finances etc.
Do I just go on to my journal and do a change of circumstances?
How much do I need to explain?
I presume I will then lose any TP?
Will I just stay on LCWRA?
What will happen now as far as UC is concerned?
Any advice much appreciated.
Thank you x

Once employment has ended you just report a change of circumstances and click work and earnings and tell them there. Just tell them you're no longer working.
Whether you'll lose TP will depend on how much your earnings were in the first month that you claimed UC. If it was above the AET at that time then with 3 assessment periods of below that, you will lose TP.
Yes, you will remain on LCWRA. It's an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.
Nothing will happen, other than you will continue to receive your maximum UC entitlement.
