still LCW ðŸ˜

I got a message from UC a few days ago saying that I had a message on my UC, so my fiancé had a look for me and it was the decision on my WCA saying that I'm still LCW. It's upset me as I'm hoping to start volunteering at my local hospital, but I don't know if I'm still allowed to or not 🥺

Hi @BrianMcFaddenFan82, sorry to hear that. Did someone say that you wouldn't be able to volunteer if you were on LCW?
It sounds like volunteering would be a great experience for you, maybe your Universal Credit work coach will see it as a positive step. I hope you're still able to do it!

I can't see that it would be an issue. Your work coach can include that in your commitments, speak to them at your next appointment.
Regarding the WCA decision, if you disagree and think you should have been found to have LCWRA you can challenge that decision by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration .
