Uc managed migration missing SDP esa

Currently going though managed migration to. Uc, I should get the first payment next week but don't know how much, I am on esa support group with SDP, I got a esa payment yesterday but no SDP
Is the SDP paid with uc? Or should it have been paid with the esa yesterday?
Should i do anything or is it normal?
Thanks

There is no SDP on UC, you should get the transitional protection. That will get eroded time though.

So is it right that I wasn't paid SDP with my esa this week? Despite my uc not starting until next week?

Yes, SDP is payable with Income Related ESA, which has now ended for you and been replaced by Universal Credit.
As part of the migration you will be on New Style ESA, which as a contribution based benefit does not have any premiums payable.
Your first UC statement should be available soon, with a breakdown of your payment.
It can be common for the first one to be incorrect, while various bits of information haven't yet been processed.

It's such a minefield I've no idea how I'll know if it's right or not they at first demanded I have a sick note and assessment it's been as horrendous as I expected already and I know it'll only get worse

It's very common to be asked for a Fit Note, because at that point the system has picked up on a health condition but doesn't yet know that you are migrating from ESA.
The initial statement can be incorrect, but I promise things settle down and run smoothly afterwards.
If you'd like further guidance on figuring out if your statement is correct, post again when it's available (minus any personal information) and I'm sure someone will be able to try and help.

To be clear, have you received any letters telling you that part of your ESA is continuing but being reverted to New style ESA?
The reason I ask is because some people have been receiving extra ESA payments when they shouldn't have been and they've then had an overpayment.
If your ESA was part contributions based and has reverted to New style then your fortnightly payments will be £276.40. The ESA will then be deducted in full from any UC entitlement, which will be £598.86/month. This means that you'll receive ESA fortnightly and UC once a month.

I've had no letters no.
I'm confused what donyou mean it'll be taken off? Will I lose it?
I ahbe been on esa for around 10 years now so I think it's income related?

Your ESA could have been part contributions based but if it was then I would have expected you to receive a letter.
Since you claimed UC how many ESA payments have you received? I would have expected just 1 more payment, which will be the 2 week run on. If you've received more than that then I'd advise you to ring them.
As you've now claimed UC the SDP no longer exists. For UC you will be entitled to some Transitional Protection (TP) so you won't be worse off when you first migrate. This TP will erode over time, which means that if other elements increase or you become entitled to other elements it will reduce by the same amount. Until eventually it will reduce to zero.

I've had one esa payment,
So do I get paid esa and SDP (I know it's not SDP as such) on the uc payment?
It's all so confusing for someone who's disabled

Income Related ESA stops completely 2 weeks after you submitted your claim for UC. Your UC will include standard allowance, LCWRA element, housing element (if you rent your home) and any other elements you maybe entitled to, as well as Transitional Protection.
What date exactly did you submit your claim for UC?
Edit to add, if that recent ESA payment was the 2 week run on then I would have expected it to include the SDP. If your UC payment is due next week then I would have expected you to have received an ESA payment about 2 weeks after you claimed it.
