Repeated losing of evidence

Three times this year I have tried to send evidence to the DWP. First time first class post. Second time in there freepost envelope. Third time guaranteed signed for next day delivery.
Each time they have said it has not been received. I have sent each lot to the address given in the letter.
How do others actually get there evidence to DWP successfully?

if they have signed for it then the post office must’ve sent you a picture as a proof of delivery. If you have that picture, you can just call them and tell them have a picture of the evidence in your building.

Yes I have a photo of it in there building. I will ring Monday and tell them. Really hope they can find it.

This may seem like a silly question but it's genuine. Did you put your name and NI number on everything you sent?
Next day delivery is not guaranteed to arrive with DWP that day. It will be someone in Royal Mail sorting office and signed for by someone from there, not someone from DWP.

Every single page had name and national insurance number on. All 745 pages.
It went guareenteed tracked next day delivery and there is a signature and photograph showing it is in a basket in front of some red basket drawers. Is this not DWP? Is this only royal mail sorting office?

Wow that's a lot of pages! It will be the Royal Mail sorting office, not DWP. DWP do not sign for those letters.

I had previously tried sending them ordinary first class and then the freepost envelopes. Both times DWP said they had not received them. So I sent them tracked signed for this time. It has made no difference. They are still saying they have not received them. I have now emailed my MP to see if they can help. I need them to receive them to find out if I have been underpaid/ overpaid. Such a worrying time.
