If you are on iresa and in support group with numerous health conditions for many years , then a condition gets much worse or you get a new health condition, (Bear with me on this 😊) or a long standing condition developed into something else ,Do you need to inform esa and would you need to send in fit notes for said new /change in condition.
Hope I've made myself clear on what I'm asking. Tia.

No, you do not need to report changes for this because you're already in the Support Group, which is the highest award for ESA.
