Take no notice of whoever says that to you.

Of course you can have friends.

Its not always easy to meet people and make friendships but please don't ever let anyone dictate that you can't.

Its your life to live as you please.

Just some people you can't argue with this on this 1 for me the amount of time I loss on this 1 I know I need friends for my mental health
