Hi can anyone help i was on LCW and on 20th febuary i had send in form to be reassesed and was awarded lcwra on 8th Novermber am i due any back pay?

Did you report a change that triggered the re assessment, or did the DWP just send you a form?

the advisor just sent the form after speaking about my health conditions and added condition that wasnt on my account

That seems to me like a reported change.
If that's the case, you will be entitled to backpay from the assessment period that February 20th occurred.
Money owed is paid as a separate payment and can take several weeks for the DWP to process and pay.
The LCWRA element should be added in your next statement for your normal payment date.
