Pip

hi all Ive applied for pip again after a break off it for certain reasons I don’t really want to say anyway I’ve had my assessment Tuesday it was not booked but they just rang to ask a couple of questions
Dwp have received the report today which is good so there going to look at it but I also had a call about half an hour after the text from my doctor saying am I ok and this was a welfare call as the dwp have called them concerned about me .when the lady rang me for the assessment she asked me if I felt suicidal I said no but have in the past she said the dwp have told my doctor that I am having naughts of suicide which is not what I’ve told them .
Has anyone else ever had this I’m not sure what the report will say now as she’s told my doctor this
Thanks for reading 😀

I’m no expert but I did read if they spot anything they can contact whoever is responsible for your health care .

Hello @jason85. If they're concerned about you, either due to things you've written in your application form or that you say during an assessment or telephone call, they have a duty of care to take steps to protect that person from harm, which usually involves signposting or contacting appropriate services such as a GP on the claimants behalf.
Have you asked for a copy of your assessment report?

hi no I’m ringing tomorrow for a copy of my report .so hopefully will get it in next few weeks I’m unsure how long it takes to receive an answer from pip with a decision .i have been on pip before high rate on both for 3 years and I never renewed it as I was in a bad place at the time .so I’m hoping I can get it back she said she’s looked at my old claim as well and things have only got worse not better .
