No approval for Online Payment Grant?

My claims for Online Payment Grant approved for over a year . It is not subject for renewal. Since June 2024 all claims uploaded with receipts. My Manager now not receiving for approval. Does anyone have email address for DWP claims? My speech impaired after my Stroke.

    Hi @Deanne1964, welcome to the community 😊 I was just wondering which benefit this is referring to specifically? Not all DWP teams have email addresses that can be contacted. There are Postal Addresses that can have letters sent to at the bottom of this page: Contact the Disability Service Centre - GOV.UK

    You can also have someone call on your behalf if there is anyone who could do that for you?

    Good Morning. My benefit is from Access to Work funded by DWP . After 45 minutes yesterday waiting for a person to respond. I have been informed there is no contact number for claiming money from my grant. Although I now have an email address to investigate dispute with claim.
