Not sure if this is the right place to post this

*NOT SURE IF ITS NEEDED BUT I'M PUTTING IT ON AS A PRECAUTIONARY POSSIBLE TRIGGER WARNING AS MY POST MENTIONS A FEW DIFFERENT MEDICAL CONDITIONS*
I rang my doctors on Thursday to find out which of my annual reviews are due as I couldn't for the life of me remember.
The first one the receptionist said was my asthma and diabetes review, so she booked me a double appointment for that one with the nurse (I had my phone on loud speaker as the volume isn't very good on my phone) for next month (they're usually done every November as my birthday, I'm 42 this year, is on the 30th), but my reviews are being done next month instead as me, my fiancé and my mum and my mum's lil pomchi cross chihuahua are going to visit my fiancé's family for a few days as his dad isn't well. She then booked my medication review over the phone on the 6th, I've got my annual blood tests that afternoon, my blood pressure review is on the 13th of December at the doctor's surgery.
After she'd sorted those appointments out for me, I had to ask her if she said that I have a COPD review and I'd told her that I'd never been diagnosed with COPD, so she said to double check with nurse just in case it was a mistake.
I think most of reviews at my doctor's are with the nurse.
I'm hoping that it was a mistake the COPD review as I've never been diagnosed with it and my brother-in-law's, my brother's husband, mum passed away from COPD not long after my brother moved to West Sussex.

Hi @BrianMcFaddenFan82 You are going to be very busy. Are you going to be doing anything for your birthday? Good luck when you have your review with the nurse fingers crossed the COPD mentioned is a mistake. Take care.
