Can anyone advice ?
My neighbour having a psychotic episode, and in the past has been violence, I contact the police they refuse to help , and rang a ambulance, who stayed with her a hour, but obviously fought didn't need to be sectioned, I rang adult social care, who say it's not down to them, as it NHS, rang mental health crisis team, that refuse to help as she is refusing to engage with them, the housing are doing all they can, ringing the same people getting the same answer, no one want to take responsibility, and i fear she going to hurt someone or herself , she is being let down by every agency, she having a psychotic episode and doesn't believe she needs help, can anyone help , on who I can turn too for help for her, before something tragic happens, as the only way it seems anyone will get involved, she need to be in supported housing, as she refuses to take her psychotic drugs every 6 months after being released after be section, she will not talk to me and basically thinks a against her, I am basically shocked at the response from all agencies, what happened to prevention, but no she has to basically commit a crime before their act, please help ,thanks

Its so frustrated, as she was previously sectioned 12 months for carrying offensive weapons in public, released after 3 months, on the condition she received anti-psychotic medicine, via injection as we wasn't taking orally herself, someone along the line she has refused to engage with the mental health team, and we are back to square, as i said i tried everything and everyone, but no one want to prevent her from hurting herself or someone else, its so frustrating, and will only act when she does , then blame each other for there short coming
