I have chronic fatigue and am in pain waiting for painkillers to kick in. It's very peaceful though. Anyone else have this health condition?

Hey @Cubra and welcome. Sorry to hear about the lack of sleep. I'm also usually laying awake at night, waiting for the painkillers to kick in, so I can empathise. The best advice the pain clinic gave me was "If you're not asleep after 15 mins of getting into bet, get up and try to do something for ten mins"
