Hi everyone and tia for taking the time to read what I have wrote,

So I have had a fibroscan done and my liver and the results are , CAP 306 and KPA 26.9 can anyone tell me what this means are the results, mild moderate or severe, it was a nurse that did the scan and I felt I could not ask any questions

Hi @ohmygod - it would be best to discuss your liver scan, etc with a healthcare professional if you can. The results should be sent to the Dr/nurse who requested your scan, so do you have an appointment to see them?

thank you for your reply, I had my fibroscan done after I saw the consultant so didn’t get chance to talk about them, and just thought I would but it out there to see if anyone else had similar results,

I believe that you should discuss the fibroscan results with your doctor as soon as possible.

Hey @ohmygod as others have said, none of us are medical professionals here and giving medical advice is not allowed on the community, so we would be unable to say what the results mean. You'll need to speak to your GP and ask them I'm afraid. But I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
