Hi @julesluk65 not a worry at all. They didn't ask to speak to anyone as far as I'm aware? It's never been brought up in conversation anyway. Though I paid my sisters rent money via bank transfer with a note saying "Da Rent" on, so it would always show as that on bank statements.

Hi, I had to supply all the info (ID and bank statements) for a UC review in October but they didn't complete it until November (something to do with the reviewer being sick). Went ok but was very anxious before [hone call and then because of the delay. Today I've just been notified I'm having another one (same info required etc) - is this common? It's causing more stress.

I had an interview on March 4th, then they asked me to send applications and documents, I sent everything on March 7th. I received a reply on March 31st, it said: "The member of staff dealing with your application is currently on annual leave, once they return I will ask them to contact you as soon as possible to discuss next steps if applicable." The member of staff who dealt with my application replied to me on April 1st and said that my application was still being processed. This all seems very strange to me😶

Currently going through one myself, both myself and my partner had to provide id , and 4 months worth of bank statements, i provided all the bank statements in pdf format as they asked, now today they want me to provide 4 months of bank statements as a paper copy and photograph each page and send it to them, pain in the backside had to go into the bank to request it, dont know why he couldnt just use the pdf shows exactly the same thing.

Hi @Hooper77. I take it you have to take those paper statements into the job centre?

Do you need to photograph the paper statements and then send them in pdf or take them to the job centre

They want me to take photos of the paper statements and send to them through the journal, I'm waiting for the next task then, it's as if they are being awkward on purpose.
