Immediate mental/emotional effects of enduring a tribunal

I have my PIP tribunal on Wednesday, and I'm thinking of my afternoon plans for that day. The most obvious determining factor I'm guessing being that I might be emotionally/mentally drained and my ADHD-sized executive functions tank is going to be empty.
I'm making this a poll because I think people aren't just happier to tick a box about being so mentally drained they forgot how to tie a shoelace/crying all the way home, but on the reverse side, those of you who walked it off with no fuss might also feel embarrassed to say so for fear of appearing macho.
Also though, please only vote if the tribunal was in the remotest bit probing. If it was a open-shut case of 'oh, your assessor falsified everything', it's not going to be useful.
thanks !
also, you'll notice I split some but not all into LOST or WON, that'll help too.

Are you kidding me, no-ones voting?

Yeah @SonOfYorick, not everyone has gone through a tribunal! And not everyone may wish to vote. I think it's an interesting question and I'd also be interested in how people felt. I'd also answer but I have yet to experience a tribunal 😅

I do understand how something like that can be so draining however. Even the application was very draining for me. Something about having to write so much about myself that I find particularly tiring.

I haven't gone through PIP tribunal but I have gone to tribunal to try and get me into a private school but we lost unfortunately.
