Universal credit
My husband can't work now due to his health. He gets LWRCA with Universal credit. I work 2 Jobs which total 34hrs per week. I'm away most of the day with a gap of half an hour between Jobs. Husband relies on me for his frequent hosptial appointments and care. If I reduced down to the 20hr job would I be penalised by UC.

Good morning @dw10361.
A few questions before I can answer: Do you receive the carer element of UC? Does your husband claim Daily Living PIP or any other benefits as well as UC?

Not yet, we have been fighting since Sept 2023 for ADP. Awaiting a date for the tribunal courts. Thank you for responding.
