PIP Review

Hi, I’ve just received a txt msg saying my pip review has started, it says if I’ve not received my forms in 2 weeks to give them a ring. Would this only give me a short time to fill them out. I’m struggling to do anything and bed bound after just getting home from hospital after spine surgery. My anxiety is now through the roof thinking I’ll need to try and fill out forms and maybe attend an assesment which I physically just cannot do. Does anybody have any advice of what I should do pls

Once you receive the form you can ring them to ask for extra time and they will extend it by 2 weeks.
Review decisions are taking an extremely long time at the moment and many people are waiting a year, longer sometimes for a decision. For this reason I wouldn't expect you to have an assessment anytime soon.
If an assessment is needed most are by telephone anyway. If you do receive an appointee asking you to attend in person you can change it to telephone.
When filling out the form please make sure you treat it as a new claim and give as much relevant information as possible. Please do not just write no change and nothing extra, if there's been no changes.
There's also a guide here that may help.
I hope recovery goes well after your surgery!

Thankyou so much for the advice, I’ll do as you say and I’ll check out the link you sent. Thankyou again
