Awarded LCWRA, when will she get first payment and any backdated?

Hi my mum handed in her indefinite sick note on the 29th April, and was given Lcrwa on the 19th November..Her payment date is the 1st of each month..When will.she get her first payment ? And will she receive any back dated payments ..thank you

    If 29th April was the same date she reported her health condition then her waiting period will be as follows.

    May/June, June/July, July/August.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 26th Aug to 25th Sept and first payment will be 1st October. This means up to now they owe her 2 months LCWRA element.

    Money owed will be paid as a separate payment and often takes quite a few weeks to pay it.
