My son has started full time work and gets quite a good wage he’s 18 , 19 in June it’s his first job, he currently is home every day but stays at girlfriend most nights, council have asked me to provide a forwarding address for girlfriend but she doesn’t want to give it , anyway can anyone please tell me how my benefits rent/ council tax will be affected and will my son have to pay a lot each week

UC Housing Element won't be affected as you get Daily Living PIP.

Please let UC know you now get PIP, so when you update them about son living with you a non dependant deduction isn't made.

Council Tax Reduction criteria is decided on by each local authority, so it's very difficult for us to advise on here about that in any detail.

As your son is on quite a good wage he can make up any shortfall in what you have to pay due to his moving back in.
