Hi, my name is Sahand2014! I been asked to move to UC, but extra appointment booked. Why?

I was on ESA support Group also on PIP I been asked to move to UC I hade identity appointment which I attend but Jobcenter booked another appointment I’m very nervous I don’t know what’s they going to ask me as I’m disabled I have anxiety, left leg amputation ,back pain ,high blood pressure and heart problems please help me with some information

    Does it mention what this appointment is for? From the information given, it is likely to be a commitments meeting. If it is, be sure to tell them that you were in the support group before migrating and that you should be placed in LCWRA from the start of your UC claim.

    thank you for replying , I just login to my account it’s say please bring proof of date of birth, as I already gave them a proof on first appointment but they have asked me again
