When you go from LCW to LCWRA, it depends on whether you triggered a re assessment by reporting a worsening in health (accompanied by Fit Notes) or the DWP decided to re assess you.
For claimant reported, LCWRA payments date back to when you reported the change.
For DWP re assessed, LCWRA applies from the Assessment Period the decision was made.
I'm afraid from what you've written, I'm not sure enough what to advise in your case.

When you report changes to your health condition, if you reported it through "report a change of circumstances" and then click health condition, it should prompt you to provide a fit note. You would have then needed to provide the fit note within 7 days and continue to provide them without any gaps until a new decision is made on your WCA.
If you reported the changes by putting a message onto your journal then a work coach should have advised you to provide a fit note.
As no fit notes were provided it will be down to a decision maker to decide when the extra money is paid from.
